Anima Relic steps have been changed:
Crystal drop rate increased.
Crystals from 3 to 1.
Crystal sand exchange from 1 to 2.
Singing clusters bought with Lore are reduced from 150 to 80 Lore
"Singing Inspiration" quest drops 18 Singing Clusters, increased from 10.

Alexander:
Gear drop restriction from completing Soul has been lifted.
Gear exchange for Micro Tomestone reduced from 7 to 4.

Savage: 15% Echo takes effect at the beginning of the battle.

Duty Finder: You can queue for Thordan's Reign, Nidhogg's Rage, Sephirot Extreme, Sophia Extreme.

Bertana: You can exchange coins to buy a Deepest Gobdip to upgrade your 260 Shire weapon

Free Company Alliances: A new system which seems like we'll get to see the member list and even allow chatting across allied free companies.

Astrologian may be getting nerfed in the near future, since questions were asked about the WHM's relevance compared to the power of the AST. Yoshida assured interviewers that they would be equals on the healing aspect but to be made aware that AST may be headed as more of a support class than full on healer, like the WHM's.

The Diadem currently has no rhyme or reason,( a bit like the beginning of POTD at the beginning, but it seems ready for change) and is unreliable for gear since the stats on the pieces are inconsistent and often not relevant to the class. The fabled weapon is a complete luck drop and it doesn't have any means to ensure getting the weapon.

Reiki does Storytime..again!

Reiki told us about the Three Brothers: Which is a story about 3 Travelers who find a family in a small cabin. Hungry, cold, and tired, ask if they can stay for the night. The family of 3 tells the brother only one of them can stay since the small family only has enough food for one person. The brothers then introduce themselves, their names are Wealth, Success, and Love. The person who gets to go in for the night, will be endowed the gift of their name for all their lives. The mother and father, want to choose Wealth or Success to come in for the night, since they could have boundless wealth or unmeasurable success. The daughter decided she wanted to invite Love in, the family takes a moment to consider and agree to let Love enter their home. The brothers look at each other and accept the terms. Then the Three Brothers enter the house.
The Father and Mother shocked tell them they only had room for one, one of the brothers replied " When you let Love in, Wealth and Success will follow"
