"Stormblood" New Expansion Summer 2017

Focusing in Ala Mhigo area, where the main concept is getting Ala Mhigo back into Eorzean control from the Garlean empire. new area called Rhalger’s Reach will start the storyline.


Rumors have it that we could be seeing 3 New classes, one being a Red Mage or Dancer.
- Overhauling the battle and skill system
 - New organizational methods, from Jobs/classes to Roles ( Paladin, Warrior, (etc) to Tank Role)
- The level cap will be raised from 60 to 70.
- New primals
- An “extreme” item inventory expansion
- A 4th residential area that will “directly affect the main storyline,” and was therefore not clarified
- There will be several patches prior to the Stormblood release.

 ** Square Enix is will no longer support the PS3 format once Stormblood releases around Summer 2017.
